Abstrak

Pada penelitian ini penulis mengangkat permasalahan mengenai Efektivitas peraturan daerah kabupaten ngawi Nomor 7 Tahun 2019 tentang Retribusi Pelayanan Pasar dalam kebijakan E-Retribusi Pelayanan Pasar Oleh Dinas Perdagangan dan Pengelolaan Pasar Kabupaten Ngawi. Pаdа erа otonomi sааt ini sektor pаjаk dаn retribusi sаngаt diаndаlkаn oleh pemerintаh dаerаh gunа Meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah tersebut. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, maka permasalahan  hukum  yang  dikemukakan  dalam  penelitian  ini   adalah Bagaimana pelaksanaan kebijakan Elektronik Retribusi pelayanan pasar Ngawi oleh Dinas Perdagangan dan Pengelolaan Pasar Kabupaten Ngawi dan yang menjadi hambatan dan upaya Dinas Perdagangan dan Pengelolaan Pasar dalam pelaksanaan E-retribusi pelayanan pasar besar Kabupaten Ngawi. Untuk menjawab permasalahan di atas, penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian hukum  yuridis-empiris  yang  menggunakan pendekatan  yuridis sosiologis. Lokаsi penelitiаn dilakukan di Dinas Perdagangan dan Pengelolaan Pasar Kabupaten Ngawi Jawa timur. Teknik memperoleh bahan hukum dilakukan dengan wawancara dan studi kepustakaan.

Abstract

In this study the authors raise the issue of the effectiveness of regional regulations ngawi regency Number 7 of 2019 concerning Market Service Levies in the E-Retribution Policy of Market Services by the Ngawi Regency Office of Trade and Market Management. In the current autonomy, the tax sector and levies will be carried out by the government and it will only increase the original income of the region. Based on this background, the legal issues raised in this study are how the implementation of the Electronic Tariff Policy for the Ngawi Market Services by the Ngawi Regency Trade and Market Management Office and the obstacles and efforts of the Trade and Market Management Office in implementing the E-retribution of the large market services in the Regency Ngawi To answer the above problems, the research conducted is a juridical-empirical legal research that uses a sociological juridical approach. The location of the research was conducted at the Department of Trade and Market Management of Ngawi Regency, East Java. The technique of obtaining legal material is done by interviewing and studying literature.
